Coaching is:


a collaboration between coach and client     

as the client, you set the agenda, deciding what you want to get out of the coaching sessions


a sophisticated conversation     

my role as coach is to listen, to question, to challenge, to observe, to feed back, to encourage


a relationship of equals     

as coach I do not assume a position of greater knowledge but, rather,  I listen and use questions, challenges and coaching tools to help you access your own knowledge and solutions


an opportunity to reflect      

the coaching conversation allows you the space and time to reflect on where and who you are, on where you would like to be, on what you do best, on how to do things better, and on how to develop and reach your potential
